VALLEY READINESS CLINIC RUN BY CASA BASEBALL

WHAT: Petaluma Valley is hosting a Readiness Clinic run by Casa Grande Baseball. It is geared towards the competitive divisions of Minors (Player Pitch), Majors, and the Teenage Divisions. Players will spend two hours going through drills and learning baseball technique to help prepare them for Assessments and the season.

COST: The cost is free, though Casa Baseball is asking for a $30 tax deductible donation that go directly to their program. Payment can be made to Casa Head Coach via Venmo @PeterDSikora or by check to "Casa Grande Baseball" or by cash on the day of the event

WHO: This clinic is for players League Age 8 thru 12 who plan to try out for the Minors (Player Pitch) and higher divisions. Advanced League Age 7s who plan to try out for Minors can also attend. You can double-check your player's age here.

WHEN: Sunday, January 19th from 1pm to 3pm.

WHERE: Petaluma Community Sports Baseball Field (East Washington Fields) 2430 East Washington Street. (map)

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A MEDICAL RELEASE FORM ON FILE, either filled out on the day of the event, uploaded into our system, or dropped off at an earlier Drop-off date. You can find the form on our website here, attached to your registration confirmation email, or we will have copies on-site. If you uploaded your Medical Release Form, you can still drop it off so we have the physical copy.

The Casa Grande Varsity Baseball team is excited to offer our annual Little League Tryout Readiness clinic! The clinic will be run by Casa's Varsity players with the goal of  helping players get ready for their upcoming tryouts and season. Unfortunately, all sports in the Petaluma City School district are 100% self-funded. Our annual operating budget is ~$50,000 to cover the costs associated with our frosh, JV, and varsity programs. Field maintenance, equipment, umpires, baseballs, uniforms, PG&E, etc. all adds up! We ask each participant for a $30 tax deductible donation for the clinic. Payment can be made to Casa Head Coach via Venmo @PeterDSikora or by check to "Casa Grande Baseball" or by cash on the day of the event. We will reach back out to registrants closer to the clinic in the event the weather forces us to change time and/or date. We had an amazing time and turnout last year and look forward to another fantastic clinic.
